dazu müssen bestimmte Regeln hinterlegt werden (wieviel Teilnoten, Genrierung Note/Status)
z.B. Note des PV wird als Durchschnitt gebildet. (ist eventuell auch abhängig von Mindestnote)
bei B/NB ist es schwieriger
bei EMMi gibt es bis zu 3 Gutachten, und eigene Generierungsregeln
